Not only did they gave me an increase a couple of weeks ago, today they sent me a five dollar gift card to Starbucks. It's the little things. So happy to be discover customer!

I agree... I received the same gift also.  I used the card only once since getting it but for now, I am a happy customer.  They should keep it coming

I expect that JD Power will place Discover at the top of its list for customer service ahead of AMEX. (DIscover and AMEX recently tied.) Chase should be ahead of AMEX too. Discover rocks.
