I opened my Walmart card in 9/2012 with a starting limit of $700.00. On Nov. 9, 2012, I called the backdoor number for an increase, and they increased my limit to $3,000. I just called the backdoor number again and got another increase to $6,000.00!! That was only 6 days inbetween increases and I have only had my card for 2 months! I charged a printer on it and then paid it in full and have not used it since! I think because Christmas is coming up, they are being more lenient with the increases. I suggest to those who want increases to call the backdoor number!

Congrats very nice! My very first statement just cut and they started me with a menial $150 line even though amazon had just started me with $700 and I kept trying to get a opening cli boost but they said no but I took it so I could get my foot in the door. I called the backdoor number monday and explained I wanted to get some household items that I needed to replace from the hurricane and he put me on hold and granted me a credit limit of $500. Not major but a nice boost from $150 a little less than a month from opening. So I will take it. I have been using it often paying it in full, so I'm going to pay off this little $100 balance I have next week and then call in for a possible holiday increase around my birthday Dec 1.
