Congrats! I'd like to offer a slightly different take on maintaining your 800+ status. Your credit score is a tool like anything else and the purpose of maintaining it is to benefit you. Since it's not a static number there maybe times in your life when you (need or want) to do something that may decrease your credit score. Just remember that's ok! Also remember there's no difference to a creditor if you have an 810 or a 790. Lastly, your score (assuming it doesn't go really low) only really matters if you're looking for new credit. I guess what I'm saying is congratulations but don't let the desire to stay 800+ paralyze you in your financial decisions.

Thanks idmd.    Yes, I will need an auto loan one day to replace my 12 yrs old car, and it will brings my score down is sure.

Other than that, I will keep my routine.
