So, I originally applied for my Apple Financing Visa on 11/3/11. After a denial, I reconned for a $750 limit. I called again and was able to be bumped to $1000 (I only asked for $1000 because I knew my iPad purchase would be less than that).
The financing promotion when I was approved for the card was 0% interest for 12 months on purchases $999 or more. When I purchased my iPad on 11/18, the promotion was 0% interest for 12 months on purchases $599 or more. I spent $829 and assumed I would be in the 12 months 0% interest. Much to my shock, when my statement arrived, it stated that I was in the 6 months 0% interest so I called and spoke with a GREAT customer service rep and they have agreed to change the terms!!
Just for future Barclay owners - make sure you take a look at the promotions they are running when you actually apply for the card. It was an oversight on my part, but thanks to the great people at Barclay's - they are excusing my ignorance
