Only thing that comes to mind off hand is an AMEX Blue Revolver like "Blue" or  "Blue Cash Everyday" if they're running the 0% for 12 month promo, if you want to be sure they pull EX.

We may need some more information to be able to help you with appropriate suggestions...

What cards do you currently have?  what are the balances on those cards?

What are your current scores?

What's your current income?

What other features of a credit card most interest you?

Is there any other relevant information which would help us?

Hopefully we can figure out something to help you!

+1 to all that.

But dare I assume based on your title?

Without knowing more info, i probably shouldn't assume.  But the title itself speaks volumes (sort of).  Dire need of 0%.  Preference to which CR is pulled.  Preference to 0 AF.

Based on your title alone, I'd be hard pressed to recommend new credit.

None of the cards listed are usable for bal xfers. Lol
Do you need a bal xfer?

You don't want to revolve a bal with Amex, ever. Period

Hi! Based on your profile I recommend blue sky or Hilton hhonors card from American express. Also... if you want some options with an annual fee; chase sapphire preferred has great rewards. The Hilton card has a signup bonus going on so definately take a look. Hilton also owns Hampton inn... American express usually pulls experian so you should be good for approval. Good luck!

If possible pay your balances down to less than 9% of total utilization for best odds... amex doesn't like to see balances.

This isn't difficult is it? It is for this reason I advocate low APR cards. However, many dismiss the need for anything other than rewards or fashion cards, thinking 0 APR will be available whenever needed. When it's needed the most no lender wants to issue. The Experian limitation is the deal killer.
