Let your AAoA increase.  Remove any negatives that you may have.

Because it is invitation only. You must meet certain wealth and spending requirements. Ha-Ha-Ha! I would never qualify for it, besides, They charge a $5,000 Activation Fee, and a $4,500 Annual fee for it. Imagine having a credit card with that? I bet it has great perks though! Ha-Ha-Ha!!

There is nothing you can do to reach 850, assuming you are referring to the either of the FICO versions sold here: EQ Beacon 5.0 and TU Classic 98.

Nothing you could do wrong that would ever get you down to 300 either.

You actually can pass 840 with TU Classic 98.
