I had that card since 12/11 cl $2000. last month (june) as requested cli and got it now the cl $4000

I asked chased and they denied me stating they have given me the max amount they can give me ($500) ... not good

you can call the backdoor number for Chase, specifically the Executive office. They are good about SP CLIs. Be prepared to talk about reasons why you want a CLI. Tell them that you have your AMEX with $4000, and that you'd like to get something more repectable than $500.

Will I have to get another HP? they gave me one for requesting last month. If I have to get another HP then I will wait. I have 4 on my EX, 5 on my EQ and 4 on my TU...

The two times I've called for CLI via the Executive Office, they were SP. I Always ask, and she's told me the the Executive Office will only SP for CLI, YMMV.

If you like the person you dealt with, note down the contact info and just call that person directly next time. The 2 times I've called, she gave me a 500% increase via SP. I think it's importatnt to build a relationship.

I feel like I should do it right now ... feeling very hopefull! I see the list of backdoor numbers, should I get it from there? do I ask to speak with an executive and just talk to who answers?
