Wow... I just went through EO last week and after the call I received no hard pull and they raised my CL from $1500 to $5500... Ugh... Sorry to hear.

Why did they hard pull you? From the majority in this forum they, as in capital one, soft pull for cli.

Yeah the C1 sp me from 1300-5000. That's great!
But HSBC is HP happy, and they pretty much suck. Although one guy got a $10k cl recently from like $1000 lol and another guy requested $35,000 recently... Idk if he got it haha

I checked my account this morning and my AF ($59) did get credited. It is a small consolation prize, I guess.

 

I didn't see a score drop due to the inquiry so it is what it is, I guess. I may try again once the transition is complete and I have a new card. Hopefully, they'll be able to do better.
