I've been sending multiple payments to Discover from my Bill Pay. And there's no problem there. BUT AS SOON AS YOU SEND A PAYMENT TO DISCOVER ALL OF THE SUDDEN I'M BOUNCING CHECKS.
I really can't believe the nerve of some of these posters on here. I'm going to be screaming at Discover because this situation is just so idiotic. And there's nothing I hate more then people trying to scold you for PAYING YOUR ACCOUNT.
Why would someone do that? "Oh you're poor leave the funds in the account. It's your own fault you don't know how to budget" What the **bleep**? THE FUNDS ARE IN THE ACCOUNT! WHY THE HELL DID YOU THINK I SCHEDULED THE PAYMENT? ITS BEEN IN THE ACCOUNT FOR DAYS.
I'm not getting any notices about returned checks from my bank.
These holds Discover is doing, this is what I wanted to avoid. This is what happens when you try to do it the way everyone was saying it should be done. They'll have you all **bleep**ed up.

Remember, we read your last thread, and that's not what you said last time. I don't know why you're trying to change your story this time. If you're simply trolling I would advise you not to do it here. People take time out of their day to offer help to others, so I truly hope you're here seeking help, and are doing so honestly.

I can see that under no circumstances will anyone call Discover to task

Closing the card won't necessarily stop them from attempting to withdraw funds from your checking account if something is still in limbo. You might as well leave the card open.
I Might call my bank and have them block discover.

Not calling Discover to task, because not even a minor trend, much less happens to myself or others I personally know with the card.
After they refunded the returned check fee, I thought we were done with this. They already attempted to pull 3 times. But I'm going to have to call back to see what they're saying about this.
