So far I have had a good experience with barclays. I got denied on my application and I called to recon and spoke to a very nice english speaking rep and got approved. I got the rewards mastercard in august with a low 600 score, only gave me $500 sl but that matched my highest limit at the time. My only complaint is the cli requests being a hp.
