If so, the answer is yes. A few months ago they were trying to make their customers happy by granting 'wishes'. The catch was you were to say "I want my Cap1 card to be my number 1 card." I would think they would be happy to compete, as long as you have some leverage -- and it sounds like you do.

I dont think Captial One would bounce to meet my standards, however you as my single reply to help -Eh, Might give it a shot.
