As an ebay junkie, I use PP a lot.

And holding the little plastic card with the familiar PayPay logo on it would comfort me.

BUT

I have 15 months clean in app detox and don't want "LOOSE" my sobriety.

It is a GE account and yes on this particular card i've seen CL's up at 20K (YMMV of course)

It does have potential to grow nicely.

I love my Paypal MC..

Surprisingly one of the best credit decisions I made as it quickly became my highest limit.
Rewards are decent too!!
ALWAYS 3x pts on gas/restaurants.
Also, they offer me random $10 credits just for a single random purchase...
Recently, they allowed me to sign up for 5x pts on any category.

Gone from $2k-20k in less than a year.

Also, you can get cashback starting at 6000 points for $50.
I usually get the discounted gift cards though.... Gas or food....

Only thing is : the APR is horrible at either 19.99 or 23.99 w no flexibility. Luckily, I keep the bal low.
Initially approved w a $2k limit and 672 TU Fico... Had 4-5 inqs then.

Don't do it though if you aren't in a position to do it!

I keep going to the app screen and then talking myself out of it.

The main reason I won't do it is b/c they could stick me with a "store card" aka smart connect acct.

I had one of those and closed it of last year during my purge.
