So based on number of posts in past, and some here, if you are in the market for new credit card, $0.00 balance or very small amount (say $50, $100) on other cards could help your case and may even get you higher limit on that newly applied card. Also if you are appliying for CLI, it would help as well in terms of getting higher limit.
And yes $0.00 balance should report as "OK" or "YES"...Meaning "Pay As Agreed"
