I went in march, and apparently they closed like...the next day for renovations, and they have a new exec chef and a new menu now, so I need to go back. lol.
After the head chef has changed the restaurant became a bit different, but supposedly still just as good. I have a difficult time bringing myself to spend that type of money on a single meal though, even though I have done so in the past. Maybe on a very very special occasion or if they take part in restaurant week.I'd rather spend the money on a plane ticket and go somewhere exotic and have the local cuisine. Of course, if someone else was paying I'd be there in a heartbeat.

Map doesn't seem to be working for me either. I suspect it is because Amex is doing some IT work and hopefully it will be restored shortly.
Its not a list but for each borough they have several higlighted restaurants on their main poage you can scroll through. I see they have Toloache which is excellent mexican food and highly recommended.
