Hard choice.. but if I could only have 1 I think i"d go with my Amex BCE.  Now if I could sneak that second one in, it would be my Alliant CU Rewards visa.

Chase Freedom  because I get 10/10 w chase checking but If I did not have that I would pick my US Bank Cash+ .

Only have 2 but I'd say my BCE. I've yet to go somewhere that doesn't accept it and so far it's working well for me. AMEX has been pretty good to me.
Current Cards: AMEX Everyday ($10k), AMEX BCE ($10.2k), Arrival ($7.5k), Merrill+ ($7.5k), Freedom ($5k), Double Cash ($5k)
