Not a big fan of these what-if questions but I'd probably use the one with the highest CL too. In my case the Amex BCP.

My intention in asking the question was to find out what value other than money that different cards have. True, it does not address specific issues with credit and credit cards -- more of a fun question.
NFCU most definitely.

I think it's a valuable question. There are many factors to consider aside from rewards when choosing CCs, especially if you want to several CCs to fit different needs.
I chose BCE for a few reasons, among them being that UTIL would be easiest for me to manage on this card. I also really like AMEX. I've usually had good experiences with CSRs, I love how the website and app function and provide information, I like their extended warranties. APR isn't a big deal to me, as I typically PIF, but my BCE is still in a 0% promotional period.

It would homogenize things. Different rewards are more interesting.
the one with the latest "sign-up bonus"

Thanks for saying so.
One consideration I would have is that different cards charge merchants different fees. Even though it might be different if all cards were changed to have the same rewards, the way it is now some cards charge merchants more, like Visa Signature and World Master Card. Classic Visa and plain MC take a smaller percentage. I would want to use those at local businesses, for example.
