I do not know what scores are needed all I can tell you is I applied for the card last week and was denied due to BK.

The ikea card is issued by GE

Your credit history is clear of bankruptcies and seriously delinquent accounts

you must be able to answer yes to that question before applying according to site.

Hmm, don't remember seeing that or probably wouldn't have wasted the inquiry.  I must have been half asleep or something, I need to stop perusing the net at night !

All GE backed store cards have recently gotten that nice 3 questionaire added to the top of there application page.

I to applied for dillards because i had higher scores than my friend who was approved, but i had bk... guess who got declined!

No more GE cards for me
