Re: In Memoriam 8/22/2007 - 7/27/2009

I have to say, I have a card or two that are circling the drain...

* Sears MC looks up from the socks it's nestled in, worried *
* Credit is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master. * Who's the boss --you or your credit?

Ilecs rocks!  Perfect-once-again!

We're preparing to put DH's OB to sleep in December when it hits its first anniversary - it's done its job and he won't be needing it any longer.

On the other hand, my OB will stick around and keep doing it's work for another year.  It's my only bank card so far, so I'll pay the AF one more time.  I like Ilec's perspective, and I like Orchard for what they are.  They're a helpful and well-behaved rebuilder card.  The only fee we've had on their Platinum is the AF, have put a lot of money through them, PIF & paid no interest, very easy (and free) to pay online.  They serve a useful purpose & I recommend them for rebuilding.  But when they're done, they're done.  Good to know when it's time to let go!  Smiley Wink
