Synchrony.  Payments on the smart connect take forever to clear.  I've had an available credit hold on every one of my payments except the first.  Even when I pushed money from my bank's bill pay, they still held available credit for a week after receiving the completed payment.

 

Thinking about closing it for this reason alone.

Really? My smart connect payments have always gone through within 2 days. Who do you bank with?

My payments also go through within 2 days.  The balance is reflected but not the available credit.
