Always been there for me. I hit the Luv Button on my Citi Forward account at 3, 6, and 12 months and have been denied each time. HP each time as well. I'll probably sock drawer it until they auto CLI.
The button has been there for me. I just hit it and requested for 1k5 increase and was approved. They also stated that no reports were pulled.
