For individuals who live in the following states can you please give us a break down on the number inqs on each of your CRs. Like this:

Re: Inq Info Needed

Curious, do those states have specific laws/regulations regarding INQs?

Re: Inq Info Needed

No, not that I'm aware of. I'm asking this question to determine if a pattern exists in these three states.

EQ = 3
EX = 2
TU = 1

I'm in Georgia. Almost all banks and credit unions here pull EQ. None pull TU that I'm aware of. TU has 1 because of capital one.

Re: Inq Info Requested From Residents In GA, AL And SC

Citi pulled EQ for me in '06 and '08 for new cards.

FNBO pulled EX hard on a CLI request.
Discover pulled EX for app in '06.

FIA pulled TU when I used a BT check in '07.

Sadly, I don't have info prior to '06 on me.

The main one I'm worried about is EQ, and EX for Amex.
