I want to get approved for an AMEX whether it be a charge or a revolver before my 20th birthday which is 7/12/2014.
I have 19 inqs on EQ within the last 2 years.... 5 within the last 6 months
14 inqs on TU within the last 2 years.. 6 within the last 6 months
10 inqs on EXP.. within the last 2 years.. 7 within the last 6 months.
AAoA 8 months
oldest account 1 year
3 revolving credit lines reporting
1 installment loan (student loan) deferred (federal loan)
no lates no collections no judgements
as of today on my CRAs TU and EXP are reporting my Dividend w/ 1600 cl and zero balance only all others have not yet reported
EQ looks like this 0/950 American Eagle 0/500 Capital One

Are you asking how long inq's stay on your cr? Counted against your FICO?
They stay 2 years. I am asking advice on getting approved on an AMEX before my 19th birthday. So I the latter I assume.

INQ's have the least effect after 1 year but due to the high amount you have this year on EX which they tend to pull and have been known to pull EQ for a double pull IMO I would not advise.
However some have had results with high INQ's YMMV

A lot of things can change in a year (you mentioned next year) - sounds like you are planning ahead ! Based on your current information - your inq's will have aged as well as your current cc's. I say yes, you would be approved.
+1
I missed the year mark yes a good time then
I think they are barely factored after 6 months.

What would happened if I applied to early would I die?
(ruin my chances for an AMEX)
Well I think what I would do is this:
Wait till I had six reported payments on the tradelines I just got, which would be around October.
Then I'd make an application for the Amex I want.
If denied, I'd make a second application 31 days later on an AF waived for first year charge card in December to establish my member since date. Sometime next year, I'd reapply for the card I really wanted again.
I don't think you'd get an Amex right now with what you have posted, but really, don't worry about inquiries currently. You did absolutely the right thing in establishing a bunch of tradelines, now let time work for you by letting those accounts age. You have time to establish your Amex member date (anytime this year), and that's the only thing that really matters long term. You'll look better in six months than you do now.
