I have FICO scores in the high 700's and tried to recon twice  this week with Barclays and Citi for being denied due to Inqs only. Both an epic fail! Even with my long history and large credit portfolio they just didn't like my app sprees.  Time to garden.

I didn't realize how deadly Inqs were to my file until I witness a 5 point hit to my file immediately after a citi card app.

I know for a fact that I'm currently being dinged at lease 20 points for inquires.
