Instant Approval for C.C.

Hi new to the forum. I hope this doesn't sound like a dumb question but regarding these sites where they can give you an answer in like 30 seconds I assume its a computer but what does it check to decline or approve so quickly score maybe? would it be considered a hard pull on your cr. Thanks

it is a hard pull.

it's looking at score, collections, bankruptcy;s, lates, debt to credit limit ratio, debt to income ratio, inquiries, new accounts, all sorts of things.
