Back in Feb I contacted them about my AF and CLI on my BBMRC ,and orchard bank. They agreed to remove AF from both. Well may came and I was then charged again for AF for both and said screw it and closed the orchardbank card. They just called me out of the blue and apologized and offer to reopen orchard bank card and correct the AF issue. Only problem is with conversion over to cp1 EO can not confirm it will not sure as a new account because they may not be able to reissue me the same account number, but I would be reinstated my CL and can request an increase with a HP. I really have no need for the card but if I could get it back with same age it wouldn't hurt. Also even if it was a new account it would not be to much of a biggie. Decisions. Decisions.
