I'm happy that I got it offered by Amex. Specially only being with them since oct '12

It seems that they love multiple payment of pif before statement cut.

There was an offer a while ago where every charge over $100 would be transferred to pay over time, and if you enrolled in the auto transfer you got 10k MR points.  I enrolled, then canceled out the next statement.

The offer to pay over time is based on credit worthiness. I got the offer when I first got my PRG in January. DH was approved for PRG a few days ago and was not offered the option to pay over time. Besides... with the new legislation about HHI being counted... my income is now 60k more than when I applied so bring on the FR! When I got zync I was not offered Pay over Time. My POT APR is 18%. My amex lowes APR is 15.24% All of my amex travel booked travel is automatically classified as pay over time charges; along with larger charges like my IRS payment... However; I am not inclined to poke the Amex bear by using my charge card as a revolver... I still PIF
