Invitations... Should I app Amex Gold? B of A?? Mini Spree?

I'm a bit new here. I've been "gardening" since November and I've been wanting an AMEX for a while. I recently got an invitation for the green charge, but I just got another invite for the Gold! Between the green and gold I would rather open the Gold. I had originally wanted the Blue Cash Everyday card.. But i think this would be a good step for me to get my foot in the door with amex. Also, I hear they only soft pull if you are an existing american express cardholder, so i could app for BCE at a later time with a soft pull only??

Also, I would like to app for the B of A card since I currently bank with them and they have a $100 cash back offer right now.

So what do you think I should do?

Is it true about the AMEX soft pull for current members?

App for the Gold and B of A?

App for gold BCE and B of A?

If all, in what order should I app?

Sorry, lots of questions, a bit confused, but thanks in advance!

------NPSL-----------$7000-----------$5400-----------$3000-----------$4800---------$10000------

We need more info about your CR and scores, INQ's to help

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

I would go for the PRG.

If your approved, I would hold off for 6 months then go for the BCE. Your scores aren't there yet for a AMEX revolver.

Agree with LS. Chances are once you pull the trigger on Amex you'll get another ding and BoA will probably be out of the question. What's your util?

Not sure how utilization is exactly figured out.. if this means how much of my balance i let post on my statement it would be 0, because I always pay in full. If this is regarding what portion of my credit line i actually use it would be about 10-15%.

Don't waste your time with green or regular gold. GO PRG  get your bonus and in 6 months or so try for BCE. In a year when the annual fee comes if you find that you're not spending enough to warrant keeping the PRG you can downgrade to green or gold if you still want a charge card.

I agree: sign up for the PRG, then downgrade to green. Ap for the BCE card within 6 months of using your charge card.
