Re: Is 679 EX Good Enough To Get a Chase Preferred?

Yes but that does not mean those were the card holder scores when they applied for the card right? For instance, it says 1% had a score of less than 500 - I'm thinking not one person ever with a score of 500 or less was approved for a CSP. That's just the way I'm reading those stats. Glad you posted this because I have thought about this in the past.  Let me know if you disagree or see something I'm missing here.

Also consider that Chase may pull EQ too ...they pulled EQ/EX for me on 2 approvals. Good luck.

My EQ is dismal like my TU, slow reporting, etc, etc.

PIF my Merrick card just this past week. That leaves the QS1....

What about the Freedom Unlimited? I want an opening balance of $3,000-$,5000
