You would be better off taking the hard inquiry and combining it with the delta 50k offer. Just my 0.02.

Right, here's what I'd do.

1.  PRG 50K MR

2.  Delta 50K

3.  ED 20K

Transfer MRs to Delta when there's a bonus.  Being prudent, you could redeem a first class flight (one stop) from the West Coast to either Europe or Asia anywhere from 130K - 160K Delta miles.  And, use the $200 Delta GCs from PRG to pay for ticket and fuel charges.

Not quite sure which origin / destination you are checking, but it looks to me like first class Delta from U.S. West Coast to Europe is closer to 250k miles, maybe as low as 200k miles. Significant raise in miles requirements on Delta first class recently. Domestic main cabin is still competitive, but one has to really watch the Delta redemption options these days.

On the other hand, redeeming the MR on Flying Blue / Air France is definitely a better value option. It is likely possible to construct some scenarios combining Delta and FlyingBlue since they are codeshare, but unfortunately no way to combine the miles between those two programs.

Just checked last night.  For a first class route from SFO to Rome, it was for about 125K miles; and, from SFO to Singapore, for about 130K miles.  Just search those routes, select 5 week flexibility, and they should pop up at around August, if memory serves.

They do require one stop, though.

 Here's one to Singapore.

Also dont forget to try skipgating aka throw away travel, it is risky to do multiple times with a single carrier as you can be banned from that frequent flier mile program...but we are talking significant savings, usually more for cash, but often for miles.  I have seen tickets from chicago to paris go for 1000-1200 ish, but if you do chicago to paris to helsinki it cuts the price in half. Its not a guaranteed everyday thing either.
