You'll never know unless ya app for it. If you're wanting a new card, then I say go for it. Quicksilver is a good card (and basically makes the ventureone obsolete)
For me it was.
As long as nothing has changed for the worse within the last 30-60 days they are pretty reliable. But that means no real utilization increase, no inquiries, etc.

nothing at all has changed but more positive payments, my UTIL will be ideal.
What the heck do you do about a spree? Everyone is INQ sensitive. Some lender actually has to be app'ed for last. lol
Is 20k venture miles worth $200 in travel?
Are they known for bait/switch? (i don't want to apply for QS and get a QS1 in the mail)

I did a spree starting out - I regret it. It is way better, IMO to do like the old timers here say - slow and steady. My new rule when I get out of the garden will be only 2-3 cards a year. Also, gotta plan your apps based on which credit reports they pull... For example AMEX=Experian, Barclays=TransUnion.
LOL, unfortunately Capital One grabs all three: Equifax, TransUnion, Experian
Yea I'm thinking why bother with C1 when they hit all 3? There are other good cards out there that don't give you 3 inqs right?
