Is CapOne Biz Card Decline?

I have apped for CapOne Biz card last Monday. Today I have checked the App Status on their Phone system. I get the message it is still being reviewed and I would hear the decision in the mail by May 3rd. Is it a decline or does it take this long to process the application?

it took 3 weeks for my app to be processed and i was approved BUT i remember timothy saying it only took 1 week.....so i guess it just depends on the app

I got an instant approval though-

I am sure they will approve- just don't expect much of a CL.
