I think they're at it again. When I try to go to CapOne's site it is currently just a very basic HTML page with a "Search for Products and More" bar and no login area.
Edit: Sorry for jumping the gun, but it did look like that for me for almost an hour this morning. Must have been a localized issue, but it's back now.
