Is This FNBO Card Worth It?

This one might be of interest because my main personal vehicle is strictly Dodge. Rewards points are applied toward service, parts, etc. direct with Dodge dealerships.
0% intro apr is only 6 months then 16.9
3 points per 1 dollar only at dealership services.

The thing that struck me most is that since i'm not in fnbo's banking service area, could this CC possibly lead to a future fnbo relationship irregardless of not officially in their current banking region for a chance at they're banking products, including CC's?
Also, is this type of fnbo sponsored rewards card enough to justify the HP?

Is there even a remote chance?

Well, yes Dodge is a proven performer for me after years of going with the competitors costing me dearly but only returning frustrations instead.

I wonder though if this fnbo sponsored card might also be a doorway to fnbo banking products aka: CC
