Is a good idea for close credit one card after 2 years ?

I have only 2 years credit history with capital one Quick Silver One , capital platinum , And credit one (June 2015 about 2 years) , I really hate credit one , even with excellent payment history, they just offered me $250 and every time when I want to make the payment they charge me extra $9,95,

my question is if I close this account, how effect my credit ?

i know some people had credit one and just closed the account

please share your experience

Thanks for your time

With 2 years of credit history you should be able to get other cards beside Credit one, baddies not withstanding. How many cards do you have , Fico's, etc. The more you let us know about your profile the better advice youll get. But i do know the faster you can get rid of Credit One the better off youll be for you and your walletSmiley Wink

I think your ok to dump credit one. Just be sure to pay all your bills on time and eventually your score will increase.

Re: Is a good idea for close credit one card after 2 years ?

I really like to have BOA credit card ,
Can you believe they didn't approve me for secured card ?(it was 2015 my score was 580)
Now my Question if I apply for BOA cash rewards, and if not approve , they will be offer for secured one ? And how many hard hit goes to my credit inquiries?
Thanks guys
