They both the same. Its issued by GE.

Its haS discover logo(same with any CC with Visa or Master CArd logo) so you can used it anywhere and earn reward which up to 1%  which walmart charge card doesnt had.

Its not a Discover Card. ITs a GE card with Discover logo

I felt bad after I impulsively apped navcheck in September but I didn't feel bad after my amex apps today and yesterday... I think it has something to do with planned vs unplanned apps

It's called buyers remorse!   What is normal?  I usually get that feeling after buying a vehicle!

if you are having second thoughts that's normal. I get that feeling when I don't get the high limit I was hoping for, then I get over it
