Is it to early or should i call for a cli?

i just got a automatic cli last month from capital one, and know i am woundering if i should call the backdoor number and ask for another cli. Is it to early to call and ask for a cli? or it really dosent matter when you call?

I think it is a little early.

COF is not that easy to deal with.

I'd call and ask. Use the backdoor number. You might be surprised.
