Is the Citi website Chat feature no longer available? Over the past 3-4 or so days, I have been logging into the site on a semi-regular basis to see if that Chat feature would pop up, but no luck...is it possible that Citi got rid of it, as part of their recent new website redesign?

Just used the feature yesterday (albeit to no great resolution). Maybe possible maintenance? Or browser issue?

Thanks to everyone for the helpful feedback, I checked again using both Chrome and IE, but no Chat feature at all for me, apparently...
