The Discover website has a luv button under the "Customer Service" tab. There are actually both a CLI and a CLD link. The CLD link works; it shows a page asking me the CLD amount when I clicked on it. However, the CLI link is not worknig for me, it shows the following message when I clicked on it (I don't even get a page where I enter the amout of CLI I want)
We're Sorry.

Maybe it depends on what browser is being used to access discover?
