And do they usually request documentation such a  tax information. This is the first year I've worked so no tax information exists for me atm. Either way if it's a sp I'll probably attempt.

Both. It will say whether a report is needed or not. If not needed then sp if needed hp. Idk about tax info my 90 days is on the 13th this month
