I have two Bank of America Travel rewards cards, each with a credit line of 3500. I apped for them when my Experian had not dropped a couple of baddies off my account so I have low limits for a travel card. I have two because I apped online and got a 7-10 day message and went to my local branch to recon before I heard anything. Well the person at the bank who helped me apped again. lol Before I knew it I had two travel cards with lower limits and high APR. I am using both because of the interest free period which ends in June. I don't want any hard pulls. I just want to combine accounts then close one.
I know I need zero balance on the one I want to close. What else do I need to know? I appreciate your expertise and any tips you might give.
