Is this a solid discover prequal?

From my phone I did the prequal page that always gives me the gigantic apr range but this time, it gave me a glitchy looking 23.99% — -1% range. Confusing to say the least, any insights?

Kind of have everything I want now, creditwise. Undeliberately gardening until I have some spending to do and find a 100,000 Amex Platinum offer lol

Update: I applied and was approved for $1,000 sl. It's about time! My ex FICO 08 is 738 and was in that range when I tried months ago. Question is how/how much/how often can I get a cli?

Congrats on the approval. Cli are sporadic (no rhyme, no reason). I was approved for 1K in Dec. I didn't receive any cli until April. Since April I have received an increase every month. Limit now at 7K.

Mine showed the same after previously showing 13-16%. App'd and was approved as well. Weird. Wondered if I was the only one.

I request once a month on the same day.

My first request was 90 days which was declined.

I requested 34 days later and was approved. Now I request every 30-31 days and so far, so good.
