Is this the Credit Card Forum?

When I come to this forum I want to read about CREDIT CARDS. I want to read how to get them, how to use them and how to keep them. I want to know everything about current info on applications, approvals and denials.I want to know about AA, APR's. CLI's, and anything reIated to credit cards. I have to wade through so many threads just to extract credit card info. I am tired of reading about credit woes. Isn't there another section of this forum where people can go to list all of their credit troubles? The advice given is always the same. I am not trying to be insensitive but merely striving to understand why these two areas are so intermingled.(End of Rant) Please enlighten me.

Re: Is this the Credit Card Forum?

I think people hang out here to share their experiences, knowledge, failures, successes, ask questions, etc. What's wrong with that? Afterall, it a forum.   Emotions

Well, IMN-HO (in my non-humble opinion), they're intermingled due to the fact that most people get their entry card into Credit Hell by misuse of CC's. And when they're struggling their way back up, they are still encumbered by the mindset that got them in trouble in the first place.

I see what you're saying: one role of a CC forum would be to help people choose the best CC's for them, plain and simple. But the fact is, many people here are struggling to pick the right card because they've goobered up their credit in the past, and now they're trying to dig out.
