Hi everyone,
I realize that Creditdreamer started this thread, so it's not precisely a thread-jacking, but it has gone seriously OT.
This becomes a problem in that the focus of the forums is meant to be credit, and while we love all the friendships and info-swapping that go on here, an open thread isn't the place for it. For one thing, the mods have to keep going in and moderating each new post, and for another, you're actually revealing a lot about yourselves that would make it easy for an acquaintance (or a creditor/ collector) to figure out who you are, and for another, you're tying up server space, and finally, not everyone is that interested in all this personal stuff.
Please, please, please take advantage of the PM feature here. It's the little envelope up above on the right. Click on it to start a new pm. If it's glowing yellowy-orange, someone has sent you a PM. Click on the envelope and boom, there you are.
Best of luck to all with your new careers and all. California's hard to beat in so many ways, but it's brutally expensive, that's for sure.
