Banks are acting weird lately. Haven't had any CLDs, but my Chase has doubled my CL in the last couple of months. Had been carrying a balance, but started paying off a few months ago via snowballing and am down to half the balance. I'm guessing they think that doubling my CL will get me to use the card. Fat chance. I'm still pissed at them for randomly increasing my interest rate a year ago from 7.99% (the rate I've had since I got the card in 2002) to 11.24%. Tried to get it reduced back to the original rate, but they won't budge. This card will be paid off in 3 months, so the interest rate won't matter soon anyway.
