Will do lol.  The cherry on top is that score is from a refi loan with Bofa.  But it gets better. I am going from 18.5% to 2.9% !!!! I just have pay judgement that falls off next month or wait until then.  I think I will go ahead and pay it seeing that once I start looking at home I more then likely would have to pay , but I may wait until next month to not trigger any werid reporting reset.
