So I've always wanted AMEX to be in my wallet so I let the app itch get the best of me...
I went ahead and did it and got INSTANT approval for ZYNC! I was so worried because I just got my Chase Southwest last month!
Best part...NO PRE-SET Limit!
Anyone know if I can still add packages? Are any of the packages worth it?

Congrats on joining the amex family!
you can add on perks, I understand why you didnt add any before finishing the submit button.. (the excitement eh?)
I personally dont think the perks are worth it because you'd have to spend a substantial amount to cover the annual fee of both the card ($25 and the perk ex.$15)
You should however add the free ones which I dont remember which ones are free (they'll say on the site)
Congrats again!

Thanks!
Do you know what the NPSL entails? Can I purchase a new Macbook Pro in the coming weeks with the card? Or should I keep to the $500 that some are limited to?

Nice, the Zync is one of my favorite cards. Congrats!
I'd say, go with the Eco pack, since it's free and will give you unexpected extra points. Then, sign up for the Home Pack (for $15), but you'll receive a $20 gift card to Lowe's, which pays for the membership.
My favorite pack is the Restaurant one. It cost $25, but you'll get assorted $5 gift cards from Coldstone, Dunkin Donuts, and a few others; if you spend $250 at Morton's, you get a $50 gift card which more than pays for the pack.
If it were me, I'd probably wait until next month after you've paid your first bill before making large "electronics" based charges, assuming this is your first Amex card. But, $1,500 shouldn't be an issue with a NPSL.

Dont forget that on NPSL charge cards, you have to pay it in full every month.

I put over $4k on my Amex when I first got it. Once you get the card, you can check your spendability on the website too or just call and ask them and they'll check it for you.

is it bad if you try and push the button to see if a certain amount would go thu?
