J Crew access via Comenity

I can't seem to get access to J Crew via Comenity in order to register. Any advice?

go to Jcrew.com, at the very botton of the page you'll see Jcrew credit card/gift card...

Click credit, it will take you to a appliction page , click on manage your acct, then youll see to the left, First time here? sign up or register
