J crew hard pull asking for cli?

Is thier a luv button on j crew website?

 

If not, is it a hard inquiry if you ask for a cli?

Yes, there's a luv button, and no, it's not a hard, at least it never has been for me. Click on the button, and you'll get a reply indicating that they have to call a corporate retreat to mull over their decision or something and that you'll hear one day. But I generally notice the new CL later that day or the next day.

 

Look on the left on your CC webpage, under Maintenance:
