If I pull the trigger on the Luv button for JC Penney and Walmart store card, are they HP or SP? Thanks!

I know wally is a SP since it;s GE. Not sure if JC is GE also.

All GE are soft except Care Credit can be hard if you ask for more then the system wants to give, but it asks you if it's okay to proceed with HP or just cancel request!

I'm not sure who else sometimes does hard but I have never see it for any GE card I have had in the past.

Walmart is a soft pull? I just apped and was approved yesterday. I cringed when I hit apply because of the inquiry. So are you saying there will be no hard inquiry on my report for the Walmart card?
