JC Penny has sent pre approved credit card form to me. It only works at its store, CVS and RiteAid. It is practically useless for me but I need to better my credit scores.
Does it report to credit agencies ? And I could not find info regarding annual fee ? I guess somebody here must be having it ?!

The JC Penny card is issued by GEMB and yes it reports to Equifax, Experian, Transunion, and Innovis. There is no annual fee. The store offers discounts for using the card quite frequently so it's useful in that regard.
